The 8:00 AM hour begins with Kasey Hudson as she sits in on The Pat & Aaron Show for her weekly segment. She first explains that she has a level of concern for the Tampa Bay Lightning, but that they have the potential to turn it on when it matters. Kasey Hudson explains that the Toronto Maple Leafs are completely aware that they have the reputation of chokers, and that the fan base wants better. After that, she explains how lucky we have been to watched Steven Stamkos play healthily the past few years, and Pat Donovan says we should be grateful. Then Aaron tries a Cadbury Egg on-air, and says he is not a fan of it! Then the show talks about how it's hard to get themselves to the gym, and that Aaron needs his trainer to yell at him to be motivated.
