Check it out as the one and only Tampa Bay Rays legend Toby Hall calls into The Pat & Aaron Show with Pat Donovan and Doug Waechter (filling in for Aaron Jacobson.) He first explains about why he can't believe it's been 25 years since the Tampa Bay Devil Rays joined Major League Baseball. He says it makes him feel old and Pat Donovan agrees. Then Toby explains why it was fascinating to be with so many managers and to see the team grow over the years. He also explains that Doug Waechter is way too hard on himself about his ERA, especially since they were in the AL East in their prime. Toby Hall also explains that he never really thought about Kevin Cash ever being a manager, but that he deserves a lot of credit.
