The 6:00 AM hour of The Pat & Aaron Show starts off with the guys going off on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers embarrassing rout to the San Francisco 49ers. They explain why the Bucs will never be as good as the 49ers, and that we need to accept that. Pat Donovan says that even though the penalties aren't great, that you have to be smarter than the way the Bucs are playing (Donovan Smith for example.) Then the guys take a bunch of calls from listeners who are furious about the loss, and even Mike from Clearwater called.
The 7:00 AM hour of The Pat & Aaron Show is where they talked about the good, bad, and ugly (which most of it was bad.) The guys were wondering if anyone thought that Ryan Succop was going to make that 55 field goal, and wondering what the coaching staff was thinking. Then Gabe from St Pete calls in and explains why the GOAT didn't look as good as he has in the past. The one and only Scott Reynolds from The Pat & Aaron Show calls in for his weekly segment. He first talks about how their is a huge disconnect with Todd Bowles. He goes on to explain that the team is definitely missing a lot of the players that either left the team last year, or that are injured right now. But the biggest problem is that the players who are in the game are not playing well! Then the 7:00 AM hour ends with Things I like!.
The 8:00 AM hour begins with Pat & Aaron disagreeing with some of the callers opinions and Pat Donovan passionately disagrees with them. Then Nick Wize talks about the Army/Navy game, and how it is not a pretty game at all. Then Nick Wize explains why the Heisman Trophy voting process is very flawed, and that it has become a quarterback award. Nick Wize ends the segment by giving his take on the upcoming Bowl games, and that it's hard because you don't know who is playing. Then the show ends with The Blender and Wrap It Up.
