Amid the controversy about Major League Baseball cracking down on foreign substances, Pedro Martinez said on MLB Network that he always dictated how he wanted his balls rubbed, and if you didn't rub his balls the way he liked them rubbed, then he'd do whatever he wated to do to be comfortable.
