You have to love Pete Alonso (originally from Tampa) for being a man of the people. During Tuesday's win over the Philadelphia Phillies in the ninth inning with the score 7-2 New York, a fan yelled at Alonso during his at bat that the over under was nine on the game. Obviously this was a man who took the over, and probably had some funds associated on the game and figured why not ask for some help from the Mets star hitter.
