Steve Carney of StPete9.com shared his thoughts on the recent reports of Tampa Bay Rays brass reviving the Ybor City project with local Hillsborough County officials, but Carney was a little miffed that the project's revival was also inclusive as part of the part time stay for the organization split with the city of Montreal. Should the team move forward with the Ybor project, Carney does believe that it should only be considered as the full time home of the Tampa Bay Rays
