Will NFL Players Protest The Anthem By Kneeling In 2018?

As the NFL Owners get set to met in Orlando, Florida next week for their annual meetings, one thing that isn't expected to be discussed is creating and enforcing a policy on players kneeling/standing for the USA National Anthem.  Part of the reason why there is no sense of urgency in the matter is perhaps because many of the players protesting on the field in 2017 will choose different methods to deliver their message and move forward with action this year.

According to Rich Cimini at ESPN, New Orleans' linebacker Demario Davis is expecting fewer player protests in 2018 because of the league’s support on social justice issues...

“The league has been instrumental in helping us bring light to our community and the issues that are going on in them,” Davis said.  That's juse one example of one player but judging by the Owners' lack of concern, I think it's safe to say the tension isn't as bad as it was 12 months ago.
