A former U.S. Marine set a Guinness World Record for holding the longest plank position, the organization announced last week.
Sixty-two-year-old George Hood, first set the record in 2011 with a time of 1 hour, 20 minutes and 25 seconds.. His new time – 8 hours, 15 minutes and 15 seconds – surpassed the former record holder, Mao Weidong, who set his mark in 2016.
