"There does come a point in time" said MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred Tuesday, when if there's no progress on the stadium front, when the league might have to look into some alternatives aka franchise move.
OK now that we've got you all rattled -- Manfred said we're nowhere near that point, and that "I continue to believe Tampa is a viable major-league market" and all sorts of other positive things.
