The American League beat the National League 5-3 in the 2024 MLB All-Star Game on Tuesday night in Arlington, Texas.
Shohei Ohtani put the National League ahead with a three-run homer in the third inning. In the bottom of the third, the AL answered with a RBI double from Juan Soto and a RBI single from David Fry to tie the game 3-3. Jarren Duran then hit a two-run homer in the fifth inning that would lift the American League to the win.
The Rays lone representative was third baseman Isaac Paredes, who grounded out in his one at bat off the bench.
