The Tampa Bay Rays (0-1) began their 2024 Grapefruit League schedule with a 6-5 (0-1) loss to the Braves on Saturday afternoon in Port Charlotte.
For the Rays, it was their first Spring Training game in Port Charlotte since 2022 as the area recovered from damages sustained during Hurricane Ian. Jose Siri, Jake Mangum and Greg Jones all hit homers for the Rays.
