The Baltimore Orioles (92-56) defeated the Tampa Bay Rays (92-58) 8-0 on Saturday evening at Camden Yards in Baltimore. The win clinches the season series for the Orioles, who reclaimed a one game lead over the Rays in the AL East.
The Orioles got to Tyler Glasnow for six runs on eight hits in four innings of work to take control of this game early. They added a pair of runs off Erasmo Ramirez to turn the game into a 8-0 blowout.
The Rays still have a chance to win the series against the Orioles when the two teams meet on Sunday afternoon. Zack Littell (3-6, 4.25) is expected to start for Tampa Bay. First pitch is scheduled for 1:35 PM on Sunday - you can hear the game on AM 620 WDAE.
