The three-game series against the Red Sox (originally from March 31–April 4) was rescheduled to a three-game set at the end of the season from October 3-5 at Fenway Park. The three-game series against the Blue Jays (April 4-6) will be made up as split doubleheaders on July 2 and September 13 and as a stand-alone game on September 15, all at Rogers Centre.
