The Tampa Bay Rays announced their 60-man player poo for the start of Training 2.0, which begins later this week.
37 of the 60 players, comprised of those expected to make the Opening Day roster, will practice at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, while 23 others, including a number of the organization’s top prospects, will get their work in at Charlotte Sports Park.
Summer camp for the Rays will begin July 3, with Opening Day likely scheduled for three weeks later.
