The Rays will be wearing special jerseys this weekend when in St. Louis for a matchup with the St. Louis Cardinals, as it is Players Weekend. The players will get a chance to show off a little of their personality by getting to put a nickname on the back of their jersey if the desire.
Tampa Bay's outfits are getting a lot of positive reviews.
The folks at Yahoo's Big League Stew feel the Rays jersey and hat combination is one of the best out there. They rank Tampa Bay's attire second-best among all teams, trailing only the Pittsburgh Pirates.

In addition the folks at MLB.com's Cespedes Family BBQ ranked the top 101 nicknames on the back of player's jerseys. Four Rays players made the list, with reliever Tommy Hunter's "Two Towels" coming in second, trailing only Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager (who went with "Corey's Brother"). First baseman Lucas Duda, reliever Chase Whitley, and catcher Wilson Ramos were the other Rays on the list
