The Tennessee Volunteers are the champions of the SEC Tournament after defeating Texas A&M 65-50 at Amalie Arena on Sunday afternoon.
The Volunteers took control of the game early, building a 14-0 lead before the Aggies got on the board. They led 29-20 at halftime en route to the blowout win.
It is the first conference tournament championship for the Volunteers since 1979.
