Survey: Florida Is The 6th Most Popular Vacation Home Spot

"We live where you vacation" more than just a saying for some. A new study shows Florida is the 6th most popular vacation home spot in the country. Tricia Harte with Digital-Third-Coast. Net says North Key Largo, Captiva and Horseshoe Beach are the most popular spots with more than 72-percent of the property vacation homes. The survey says the most popular spot to own a vacation home in the country is Maine, followed by New Hampshire and Vermont.

The survey analyzed U-S Census Bureau data for more than 29-thousand communities
