The USF Bulls (1-4, 0-1) fell to #24 Cincinnati (4-1, 1-0) 28-24 loss on Saturday afternoon in Cincinnati.
USF stayed in this contest throughout, and had a chance on a 4th and 1 with 5:12 to go. The Bulls were unable to convert and Cincinnati held on for the win.
Gerry Bohanon went 11-for-21 with 139 yards and two touchdowns passing. He also ran for a team-best 117 yards on 14 carries. Xavier Weaver was his favorite target, pulling in seven receptions for 112 yards.
The Bulls return home to host Tulane next Saturday. Kickoff from Raymond James Stadium between USF and Tulane is scheduled for 4:00 PM on Saturday.
