The Pittsburgh Panthers (20-10, 11-8) defeated the Florida State Seminoles (15-15, 9-10) 88-73 on Tuesday night in Pittsburgh. The Seminoles have now dropped their last two with one more game to go in the regular season.
Pittsburgh led 42-31 at halftime then went on a 13-4 run early in the second half to maintain control of this game. Blake Hinson led the way with 27 points for Pittsburgh, while Cam Corhen scored 25 points to lead Florida State.
The Seminoles wrap up the regular season when they host Miami on Saturday March 9.
