The fourth-ranked Florida State Seminoles (4-0, 2-0) defeated Clemson (2-2, 0-2) 31-24 in overtime on Saturday afternoon. It was the first time the Seminoles defeated Clemson since 2014.
A back-and-forth game ended tied 24-24 after Kalen DeLoach scored a 56-yard fumble return touchdown with just thirty-one seconds to go in the fourth quarter. Then in OT, Jordan Travis his Keon Coleman for a 24-yard touchdown, before the defense held and the Seminoles got the victory.
Travis went 21-for-37 with 289 yards and two touchdowns in the win. Coleman caught two touchdowns on 86 receiving yards, while Johnny Wilson also had 94 yards receiving.
The Seminoles are next in action when they host Virginia Tech on October 7th.
