The 19th ranked Florida State Seminoles (8-3) blew out the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns (5-6) 49-17 on Saturday afternoon in Tallahassee.
Florida State scored the first five touchdowns of the game to build a 35-0 lead. After leading 35-3 at halftime, FSU added two more touchdowns in the third quarter to build a 49-3 win. The Ragin Cajuns got two fourth quarter touchdowns to make it a 49-17 final score.
Jordan Travis went 9-for-14 with 112 yards passing and a touchdown through the air. He also ran for another 38 yards and two scores. Trey Benson was the Seminoles leading rusher with 80 yards and a touchdown - all told FSU outran Louisiana 251-130.
The Seminoles rap up the regular season when they host the Florida Gators on Friday night. Kickoff on November 25th is scheduled for 7:30 PM between Florida and FSU.
