The Louisville Cardinals (3-1, 1-0) defeated the Florida State Seminoles (0-4, 0-2) 31-23 on Saturday afternoon in Tallahassee.

Louisville scored on their first five possessions in the first half to build a 31-7 lead, and would lead the Seminoles 31-13 at halftime. The Seminoles tried to mount a second half comeback, but a late turnover on downs and interception quashed their chances as Louisville picked up a 31-23 win.
