The Tampa Bay Buccaneers returned to the practice fields on Wednesday, going through a walk-through as they prepare to play the Carolina Panthers on Sunday afternoon. Wide receiver Mike Evans, who returned against the Giants last weekend, was listed as a full participant, while safety Jordan Whitehead and outside linebacker Joe Tryon-Shoyinka both did not participate.
