The San Francisco 49ers (9-4) blew out the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-7) 35-7 on Sunday afternoon in Santa Clara, California.
The 49ers were led by third string quarterback Brock Purdy, who was making his first NFL start. He led the 49ers to a 28-0 halftime lead en route to the big win. For Tom Brady, it was the first time in his illustrious career he had lost to a quarterback making his first NFL start.
