The Bucs were dealt a huge blow on the second day of training camp when starting center Ryan Jensen was carted off the field with a knee injury.
It’s been over two weeks since the injury occured. Yet, there has still been no word from the Bucs on an official diagnosis. However, there was a glimmer of hope when the Pro Bowl center was spotted at joint practices.
Jensen was seen sporting a hefty brace on his left knee while spending most of his time riding around on a golf cart. However, on the second day of joint practices, Jensen was seen standing in excess of 30 minutes, even putting weight on his left knee without the assistance of crutches.
The veteran center then made another surprising appearance at the Bucs’ preseason game against the Dolphins on Saturday night. Jensen walked out on the field and spent time chatting with teammates and signing autographs for fans. He even took a few snaps as well, showing good flexion in his knee.
