OJ Howard, who has played with the Buccaneers since 2017, is reportedly signing a free agent deal with the Buffalo Bills.
Howard had played with Tampa Bay since 2017, when he was drafted in the first round out of Alabama. He finished his time in Tampa Bay having played in 59 games, making 119 catches for 1737 yards.
