The wait continues on whether or not Tom Brady’s legendary career has ended.
In spite of reports from ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Jeff Darlington on Saturday that Tom Brady would retire after 22 seasons in the NFL, Brady himself has come out and said he has not reached a decision.
“It was a good week for me, but I'm still going through the process,” Brady said on his Monday night appearance on the Let’s Go! podcast. "When the time is right, I'll make a decision one way or the other."
If Brady eventually chooses to retire, he will do so after a spectacular 22 year career that saw him win an unprecedented seven Super Bowl championships, five Super Bowl MVPs, and three NFL MVP awards.
After playing his first 20 seasons for the New England Patriots, he has played the last two for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, leading them to a Super Bowl LV championship after the 2020-2021 season.
