After recording 9 sacks in the team's first four games, Shaq Barrett has been sackless in the last two games but Buccaneers defensive coordinator Todd Bowles is working on getting the linebacker back on track.
The man in charge of the Buccaneers defense met with the media on Thursday. And he discussed the extra attention that Barrett is getting from opponents. That includes teams using different strategies like a running back to help their offensive tackle block Barrett. But Bowles said it's now time for the coaching staff to counter those strategies & get their linebacker in situations where he can get to the opponent's quarterback like he was in the Buccaneers first four games.
