An offense that is dangerous in throwing & running the ball plus averaging 22 points per game means the Buccaneers will be facing their most balanced opponent this season when they travel to Los Angeles to take on the Rams on Sunday.
This past Sunday against the Giants, the Buccaneers led 28-10 at halftime. But the defense allowed 22 points in the second half, leading to the team's second loss of the year. And the man in charge of the defense, defensive coordinator Todd Bowles met with the media on Thursday.
Besides revisiting the loss to the Giants, Bowles talked about the defense having to "pick their poison" when trying to contain the Rams offense that has scored at least 20 points in each of the team's first three games this season.
