The Tampa Bay Lightning (14-9-2) defeated the Vancouver Canucks (14-8-4) 4-2 on Sunday afternoon at Rogers Arena in Vancouver.
Nikita Kucherov had a goal and two assists for the Lightning after missing the last two games with an undisclosed injury. Tied 2-2 in the third period, Tampa Bay got a power play goal from Jake Guentzel and an empty netter from Brayden Point to take a 4-2 win.
The Lightning road trip continues when they travel to Edmonton to play the Oilers on Tuesday night. Puck drop between the Lightning and Oilers is scheduled for 9:00 PM on Tuesday.
