The Calgary Flames (31-26-5) defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning (33-25-6) 6-3 on Thursday night at Amalie Arena. The Lightning are now 1-4-1 in their last six home games.
Yegor Sharangovich had a career-best in the NHL when he had four points - two goals and two assists - to lead Calgary. Tampa Bay got goals from Conor Sheary, Anthony Cirelli and Michael Eyssimont in the losing effort. Andrei Vasilevskiy went 18-of-23 in net for the Lightning.
The Lightning are next in action when they host the Philadelphia Flyers. Puck drop from Amalie Arena is scheduled for 7:00 PM on Saturday afternoon.
