The Tampa Bay Lightning (19-16-5) defeated the Minnesota Wild (16-17-4) 4-1 on Thursday night in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Darren Raddysh scored the first two goals of the game to (both in the second period) to set the pace. The defenseman entered the game with just one goal in his career prior to Thursday.
The Lightning also got a power play goal from Victor Hedman and an empty net goal from Brandon Hagel in the third period to secure the win.
Andrei Vasilevskiy went 22-for-23 in net to get the win.
The Lightning now travel to Boston for a showdown with the best team in the Eastern Conference. Puck drop between the Lightning and Bruins is scheduled for 7:00 PM on Saturday night.
