The Tampa Bay Lightning (11-10-5) defeated the Dallas Stars (14-6-3) 4-0 on Monday night at Amalie Arena. The win snapped a four game losing streak for Tampa Bay.
Anthony Cirelli scored twice, while Nikita Kucherov added a goal and an assist. Andrei Vasilevskiy earned his first shutout of the season by making 25 saves.
It was also the 1000th career game for Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman.
The Lightning remain home for their next matchup, which comes up against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Wednesday night. Puck drop between the Lightning and Penguins is scheduled for 7:00 PM on Wednesday night.
