The Tampa Bay Lightning (23-13-4) knocked off the Ottawa Senators (16-21-5) 5-3 on Saturday night in Ottawa for their sixth consecutive win.

The Senators struck first in this game - after a scoreless first period, Ottawa got a goal from Chris Tierney just 46 seconds into the second period to take a 1-0 lead. The Senators scored a couple of goals down the stretch of the second period, first from Jean-Gabriel Pageau, then from Mark Borowiecki with under ten seconds to go in the period, to give Ottawa a 3-2 lead going into the final frame.

Coming down the stretch of the third period, Tampa Bay was able to tie the game when Brayden Point came through to tie the game 3-3 at the 8:37 mark.
