There's certainly something barbaric in the excitement of watching someone get knocked out.
This particular knockout is no different, especially as the MMA fighter on the end of this beating has his mouthpiece go flying at the point of impact, before falling out of the ring, as a couple of bystanders and the referee do all they can to help.
