TOPKIN: Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens Should Be in the Hall of Fame

On Wednesday, we get a visit from Tampa Bay Times Rays reporter Marc Topkin to discuss the Hall-of-Fame vote and whether other candidates should have been voted in. Marc has voted for both Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens the last 10 years and just doesn't know why they haven't been voted in, other than the steroid implications. He did not vote for those where steroid use has been proven, such as Manny Ramirez and Alex Rodriguez, but his feeling is that if a person who has been tested did not test positive, he has no choice but to vote for those who he feels have earned their way in. All that and MORE!
