Hillsborough County Commissioner Ken Hagan joins Ian and Jay on Thursday to discuss the end of the Tampa Bay Rays split-season plan and what it could mean for the future of baseball in Tampa Bay. Commissioner Hagan has a very positive outlook on the future of baseball here, and he was encouraged by some of Stu Sternberg's comments from Thursday's press conference.
