Indianapolis Colts linebacker Darius Leonard has way too much respect for Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady to even consider talking his usual trash talk to Brady after a big play in the Buccaneers' 38-31 win over the Colts on Sunday.
The video above is a preview clip from this week's episode of HBO's Hard Knocks: In Season that shows Leonard miked up during the game, capturing the moment he punches the ball from Bucs' receiver Chris Godwin in the first quarter. As Leonard starts to celebrate the turnover, he crosses paths with Brady and suddenly his celebration becomes a little more subdued than usual.
The clip goes on to show Leonard talking with teammates about the play: "I got the punch-out, right? So, you know how I always go celebrate. He's right here, you know how I talk s---. I said, ain't gonna do it. I got too much respect for him. I ain't gonna do it."
