With Tampa Bay Rays manager Kevin Cash winning his second consecutive AL Manager of the Year award, Ian and Jay (Ponzo, too) thought it'd be a great idea to discuss their top-five all-time Tampa Bay coaches or managers.
There was no criteria for the list that each of the personalities provided, as Ian named a few who coached him, Jay's list consists of winners, and Ponzo talked about those who made an impact on him as he watched from afar.
