USF Women's hoops coach Jose Fernandez joins Ian and Jay on Wednesday as he and his team get ready to defend last season's AAC Championship! A coach's job is never done, and Coach Fernandez personifies that, traveling overseas to scout young players, as well as prepping for the upcoming season. To that, Coach Fernandez says it's all about the process, and building toward getting better on a daily basis.
