We get a visit from Indiana University football coach Tom Allen on Monday, as Ian wants to pick the brain of the coach from his alma mater to see if their 2021 squad matches up with the successful 2020 team that earned a place in the 2021 Outback Bowl. LEO=Love Each Other, Allen's motto for the team, is a culture of relationship-building and trust. Coach Allen says the best teams he's ever been a part of has had tis trait, and it shows with the team's performance since Allen's initial hiring as a defensive coordinator in 2016. Coach Allen got his start in Tampa, as he flooded the state with resumes and Temple Heights Christian School answered back and hired him!
