Ian and Jay welcome USF Head football coach Jeff Scott to Tuesday's show. Scott, entering his second year with the Bulls, has now seen what it's like to be in Tampa Bay for some winning, and tells his recruits that there's no better time to be here! Scott wants to deliver a winning college football team to the Tampa Bay region. Coach Scott saw a pivotal change from the end of last season, acknowledging there is still a way to go for the team, but he believs those signs of improvement are there.
