On Tuesday, we get a visit from Fox 13 meteorologist Dave Osterberg of Good Day Tampa Bay to update our listeners on the very dangerous Tropical Storm Elsa. Dave says the storm is likely to form into a Category 1 hurricane, and says the weather is going to be at its roughest between 10 pm and 6 am, mostly being a coastal event. Once we get past midnight, winds are expected shift to the west and southwest, which is when storm surge comes into play.
