Beckles & Recher have the pleasure of speaking with Tampa Bay Rowdies coach Neill Collins on Friday, fresh after Collins checked out his Scotland team's 0-0 draw against England in the EURO 2020 tournament. Coach Collins talks about what it was like to have to talk to his team about not being able to compete in the USL final last season. Collins, only 37, was teammates with some of his players and describes what it's like to be the boss of people he played with, and how he has handled the transition.
