Tampa Bay really is Champa Bay, as elected officials from throughout the Bay area came to Ballast Point Park in Tampa Friday morning to pay tribute to all the sports champions from the past year who call Tampa Bay home.
The Stanley Cup, Vince Lombardi Trophy, William Harridge Trophy (for the ALCS winner) and the USL Eastern Conference Trophy were all on display for onlookers as representatives from each of the four teams were on hand to bask in the glory of the day.
