Florida Election Websites Crashed On Primary Night

If you had trouble finding the results of the Primary Elections online, it's because 66 of 67 county Election Supervisors' websites crashed.

Broward County Election Supervisor Joe Scott says all those counties share the same website vendor and VR Systems could NOT handle the load. Officials with the company apologized for the glitch that was fixed within an hour.

Scott says the crash did NOT affect the accuracy of the vote-count, but the results could NOT be posted on the websites right away.

Scott is shopping for a new website vendor in time for the November Election.

Only Miami-Dade County's website worked as they do not use VR Systems.
