A man accused of stealing a school bus from the Hillsborough County School District .
FHP says 32yo Daniel Saez stole the bus Saturday night and drove to Miami.
Troopers caught up with him in Sarasota while on his return trip to the Tampa area.
Saez reportedly told troopers that he was high and drunk when he stole the bus.
He was arrested on a grand theft charge.
