Time for another no thrills, no frills, inside look at one of my favorite places in the Tampa Bay area. This time I bring you to Gigglewaters and introduce you to the best burger I've ever had, and owner Rachel Fine who helps me eat all this food, and tells us about their work in the community. Gigglewaters has some amazing food, and a theatre room where they play movies which you can enjoy with dinner and cocktails. This is a great small business to support because they've spent so much of their time giving back to the community the last couple of years, so the people are as amazing as the product!
