A young fan approached Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw with a message following his outing in Tuesday night's MLB All-Star Game. After the press-conference interviews ended, a boy named Blake Grice approached Kershaw and proceeded to tell Kershaw about his grandfather's hopes of one day meeting him. Although Blake's grandfather passed away a few years ago, Blake was able to live out his grandfather's dream in his honor. Click on the video below to see and hear this amazing moment!
