Mets Pitcher Chris Bassitt and his teammates made their way to the dugout after what looked to be a strike to ring up Dansby Swanson. Home plate umpire Chad Fairchild called it a ball. After the half-inning was over, Fairchild approached Bassitt with a gesture acknowledging that he made the wrong call.
